  • The shut-off valve built into the socket opens when the plug is inserted and closes when the plug is removed. Fluid flow from socket to plug

For High Pressure, Two-way Shut-Off Operation

Applications:
Hydraulic Machines & High Pressure Gas Piping.

Features:

  • Both the socket & plug of this twin valve coupling incorporate a shutoff valve. The moment socket & plug are disconnected the valves on the socket & plug sides contact the mating seat sections to completely seal the socket & plug sides
  • The body is made of S45C steel & harden to ensure high durability and a high resistance to abrasion.

Pipe Clamp YPC Series

Double Sealing construction

Applications: Air Conditioner & Refrigerator Charging, Vacuuming & Leak Testing

Features:

  • One clamp operation simultaneously clamps and seals pipe automatically. Stainless steel chuck design enables longer operation life.
  • Double seal clamp construction (Snug fit on end and pipe outside surface) withstand high vacuum resistance and ensures airtight mechanism with excellent sealing.
  • When pipe is being inserted, the pipe does not touch ‘O’ ring. Thus construction restricts damage of ‘O’ ring.
  • Packing material available to suit fluids R-134a/R22, Helium/R-407c, R-410a, 600a.
  • Easy and simple maintenance to replace O-rings and Chuck. Low maintenance costs.
