MIYAKAWA Air Balancers are designed to provide very precise lifting and positioning capabilities of loads , allowing the operator to precisely move and position loads without great physical stress and with higher safety. The Balancers help accurate positioning, which cannot be achieved with an ordinary air hoist. The Miyakawa Air Balancers are very popular for their use in assembly and manufacturing lines where precision positioning is imperative and a prerequisite.

Features

  • Air balancer provides hoist and spring balance function at the same time (Float Function)
  • Hoisting is operated by the Up / Down pendant and the floating function provides weightless vertical movement of 300 mm.
  • These air balanced hoists are ideal for handling fragile or awkward goods as the floating feature ensures superior control. This hoisting equipment also proves efficient for products that need to be lifted and then assembled to another part. However, the product's weight should be supported during this operation.
  • These air balancer have very few moving parts, ensuring high reliability while keeping maintenance and air consumption at a minimum

If the balancer is overloaded for any reason, an alarm will sound by discharging air, while the brake lock will stop the load from falling if the air supply should fail or be overloaded.
